The Subscription

60-Day Guarantee

If the letters aren’t for you, let us know within 60 days of your subscription start date and we’ll issue a full refund. You’re welcome to keep any letters that have already arrived.

Sixty days is two letters in — enough to feel the rhythm of the thing, not just read a single envelope. If it isn’t speaking to you by then, we’d rather you have your money back than feel stuck.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
